what items should be on a list of Guidelines for Ethics in Conduct for Achieving a Healthy Life and Society of
Success and Freedom? For example, so far my list includes, but is not limited to, the following:
· Secrets take people captive; openness makes people free
· Always conform your behavior to the standards you would have in the presence of authority figures, friends, family, coworkers, acquaintances, loved ones. Let their figurative gaze, especially when not a literal gaze, be the compass that directs your life. Never do anything you would not do with your boss, spouse, boyfriend / girlfriend, computer administrator or owner, sibling, grandparents, friend, parents, partner, or God, standing beside you, or any person who has a similar place in your life. Do not aim to please. Aim to not disappoint.
· If in doubt, do not!
· Do things only if they benefit two people or more in some way. Never do anything for selfish reasons.
· Only start after others or the other person have or has started; stop as soon as others or the other person do or does
· Arrive as others arrive. Leave as soon as others start to leave
· Do not depend on alibis to get you through life
· Never make a promise if you do not know for sure you can keep it; never break a promise if you do not know for sure you have to break it.
· Never be naked at the same time unless you two are married
· When in a room alone together with an unmarried person, always leave the door at least half open
· The only time only two people should be alone in one room, or in any other setting that is not public, is when the two are married. This standard becomes especially important in cases of trust between a grown up and a child or teen, or when the age difference does not follow the traditional "female's age = half the male's age + 7 years" formula
· For males: A female younger than half your age plus seven years should never have anything in common with you, and therefore the two of you should never do anything together that would develop common interest.
· For males: Never be alone in a building where there are only females younger than half your age plus seven years
· At all costs and without excuse, childhood is to be selflessly cherished and protected, for the neglected are bound to neglect. Those with a missing childhood often try to steal it back from continuing the cycle through other innocent lives. Therefore, it is vital that complete closure regarding this issue is made in a healthy manner to put to rest the agony of past corruption.

my great grandmother lived till 105 and passed away on her bed.. She was active till her late 90's working on a field gardening, cycling, excersising she was the best and diden't let stress get in her way.
I don't know why your feeling guilty. Maybe you married into a religious family or have been influenced by something you heard. Whatever it is you aren't doing anything wrong it's human nature and it's not like your sleeping around with a lot of guys it's with your husband or your own actions so there is nothing to feel guilty about. Why should you go against your natural urges.
I think is al about an attitude. your attitude will define in some cases your mood
I haven't heard of this stuff...but pretty much the only thing I have ever had work on distemper is chloramphenicol. I don't remember the dosage, but if your dog has distemper I would recommend getting it from your vet. Very high doses of vitamin C might also help. I gave our rescued puppies with distemper 250 mg of vitamin C every two hours except at night (more for adults), but I don't know if it was the vitamin C or the chloramphenicol that pulled them through. The section on viral diseases has some more information: http://www.paw-rescue.org/PAW/PETTIPS/DogTip_vitamins.php
I hope your dog is better soon!
I try and take into account, many here on Yahoo are very young, immature due to lack of participation in real life and yes I imagine some were born with a silver spoon in their mouth, which only adds to the lack of empathy.
Again, some I believe are very miserable and thus their nasty, rude replies. Many would never, ever admit how miserable they are. Rather than seek help or realize how they feel and act towards others in a kind manner, as they too have suffered, they would rather cause more hurt.
That is life, there are those that revel in hurting others.
I'll open my email on my profile if you want to chat further. Can't promise I have the answers to life etc, but I can empathize and share .
All others, your emails will be ignored.
Good stuff, she needs to stay active. I believe that activity is what keeps the body going. Almost all the older people i knew in my life who decided to just sit around because they complained of pain when they do activities seemed to have their health decline at much faster rate. So make sure she stays active and she will live for a long time. Blood circulation is very important and all cells need fuel to stay alive and healthy.
Those things will not guarantee that you will live a long life. It also depends on your genetics. Did you grandparents live a long life? Any cancers in family? Genetic diseases? If not then you have a chance to live a long life. I think the secret to the long life is eating small portions of foods. But you have to supply your body with all the minerals, vitamins, antioxidants etc. Exercise seems to be a very important factor. It does not need to be extreme, but movement is very important.
i think if you stay active mentally and physically and relaxing (slow the stress), thats probably what does it. because i watched an earlier video of okinawans, majority of families have no diseases like cancer, heart disease, etc. but once american style food and lifestyle was introduced these problems showed up.
My Grandma turned 89 yesterday. She still exercises.
it doesn't sound like your eating enough, and the calories that you are getting are a lot of carbs. i recommend eating more meat and vegetables instead of breads and cereals. and eating enough makes your body comfortable with losing the fat. otherwise it will think its starving. your exercise sounds good. you should start seeing results within the week as long as you change your eating routine. good luck!
My great grandmother I think lived to be about 90 or 91 or something.
You take your genetics and then add the principles onto that to give yourself a better chance. They said someplace, I thought in this video, that genetics was 30% of the equation. Also, meat is a known carcinogen, so avoid that to avoid cancer or up your chances for not getting it. Too much protein causes a lot of problems. Diseased animals are a problem in addition to the overabundance of protein.
I think that maybe you should go to church and pray and hopefully God can help you lift up your spirits.I was going to suggest to also maybe take a yoga class to help you get away from it all
My grandfather lived to be 89. He at about 1700 calories a day and chopped wood up to his early 80's, and he was fully blind since his 20's. In the early 80's he broke his rib and stopped a lot of his movement. His health started to decline at a higher rate. I truly believe that the exercise and not overeating kept him in a good shape till his early 80's.
Wow you gotta mind dude! feels like a deep poem, i agree with about 95% of what you said. Dont mind the people above me they wont understand. Keep Preaching someone is listening!!
Okay, okay, calm down.
The first thing you need to do is get educated on food. But, the internet is one big late-night commericial. Try the library. Read about what's healthy and what's not. I can give you a few suggestions, but it's up to you to make the switch.
1. STOP EATING CRAP. You know what food is crap food. If it comes in cellophane bags, it's crap. This means chips, crackers, Doritos, CHeetos, all those things that taste good while you play Runescape, and I know what gets eaten during four hour video game sessions. Learn to like fruits, veggies, and non-junk food. STOP drinking sodas and Red Bull and stick to water, milk, and orange juice.
2. EXERCISE! It sounds boring, but take your dog for a walk. Take yourself for a walk. You have to get up and get moving. If you walk for half an hour every day, the pounds will slide off your body. You don't need weights or anything fancy, just go outside and move for 30 minutes.
3. That's it. Those two little things. Do them, and you'll lose weight. But it's hard, so stay tough.
Good luck.
No, unless you're dealing. The cash.
