But am going talk on "Nutrition". Nutrition is the proccess by which we takes in food necessary for us to grow and have a healthy life. Its quiet obvious that most people get involve in eating unhealthy because of low income and high price of healthy food.  But it is still important for us to know the importance being healthy and its benefit to life as we improve in our daily life and make the best out of us and others.

           Obesity is one of the problems we have now in our country and mostly in children

because they are being introduced  at home, school and other places  unhealthy

foods that are not nutritional. Eating unhealthy could cause severe health problems and

something ought to be done.

    There are Steps in having a healthy life:

c. Exercise to Keep Fit

d. Rest ( Avoid stress because it can contribute to weight gain)

e. Be Happy and Peaceful within Yourself

And above all take out time for Yourself.

               As we strive to be careful of what we eat, we become physically Fit, never to worry

about  belly fat to burn, little exercise to keep the mind and soul strong and then have a

long life to live.
