A healthy life does start with a happy life. Let’s face it when one is happy there is no stress and better yet no complications to our lives. We live in a society that is going a hundred miles per hour and seems to never stop to refuel.
Having a happy life starts with making your surroundings enjoyable and your abode a pleasant place to live in. When we come home from work we want to kick off our shoes and place ourselves in a relaxing state. If your surroundings are messy then it is hard to relax. A clean quiet room is the place to start to relax.
After you sit back and are relaxing and feeling calmed from the days work or activities it is time to think of a place that makes you happy. Be it a field of daisies or a swimming pool floating on a raft. Making you feel happy and relaxed is a crucial part to a healthy life.
In a healthy life, relaxing and meditation can be a part of you day, even at work. You can sit back in your chair and think of your relaxing place. At times doing this technique several times a day you will find you are able to deal with the work stresses in a better manner. Becoming irate toward others just makes your day bad as well as theirs.
In conclusion it does not cost you anything to relax and think of a calm place to be. Just take a bit of time in your busy schedule to do this and soon your days will be more at an even keel. You will find that you are calmer when you are faced with hectic problems!

I would just recycle those bags for your juicer or as bathroom garbage bags or trash unfortunately there are not many ways to store and dispose of refuse short of a compost pile and the household still produces some degree of garbage regardless of green living/ environmental consciousness.
Around 5:08 I hear Hollywood Swingin'...I can dig it!
Peace
Not everyone can change over night! I think you are doing great! Keep doing the inner work and the outer (eating) will take care of itself! Be love!
I bring plastic bags with me. Sometimes I just put different items in one bag and then she separates them at the cashiers when she weighs. I mostly buy my veggies and fruits on farmers market since they are fresh. Food is irradiated on the import in UK, plus supermarkets irradiate it some more. Local markets are the only place to buy fresh& not dead- and I bring my own bags. Peace:)
Don't be so shy and nervous(:
Hey, if someone doesn't like you while being yourself...then the f*ck with them! Move on to to others =]
Be outgoing, fun, REAL, happy, nice, and helpful.
Be a moose and let loose.
Haha wow that was really lame ^^^
Anyway, don't worry to much about people not liking you. Odds are they probably will.
Good luck!

I did that without any benefit until I was 31 and then a light went on. You need to take care of your body first. Then you need to vow to do no harm. Be kind for the sake of knowing that it is the right thing to do. Help others only if it doesn't hurt you or your family.
The key to a happy and balanced life is personal responsibility. If you treat everyone you encounter with respect and take upon yourself to show them the correct way to treat people by example than you can sleep well knowing that you have done the right thing.
If you treat yourself and family with respect and are responsible for your actions and reactions than you are leading by example. Just remember that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink, so if you don't see changes in people right away don't worry. Someday they will do the right thing and/or be kind and respectful to someone else and set an example for that person.
Don't forget you give what you get but if you don't give to yourself first you won't get anything.
Good luck!
Congratulations!! A new kitten is so exciting, and good on you for doing some research on what is best for the kitty.
Stop feeding Purina. Iams, Science Diet and Purina is all but poison to pets. Read "Food Pets Die For" by Ann N. Martin if you don't believe me. It really is shocking.
Look into Innova EVO. I personally think it is the best food out, a little expensive, but worth it in the long run (less vet bills). The same company also puts out California Natural. Also and excellent food that's not as expensive. Go to naturapet.com for more information.
Others to look up: Artemis, Wellness, and Felidae. Fantastic foods with websites by those names.
Please note: Cats are obligatory carnivores. Meaning they don't need ANY plant material in their diets. The new "indoor formulas" with "nutritious plants" is just marketing hype to sell (bad) cat food. Some cats like to eat grass and catnip, but none need it nutritionally.
Have fun with your new friend.
Cheers.
EDIT
It is absolutely true that they use dead cats and dogs in pet food. Read the book, it mentions it.
My take, is that I think you have an excellent take on it. You have come to accept the condition and want to make the best out of it. That, (I am not sucking up) is a hero to me. I have a bunch of friends who have died, and it is always sad. But to accept a problem, and make lemonade out of lemons shows a lot more growth than most people could handle. Take care, and good luck.
when I was learning chemistry my prof. said that newspaper ink has lead in it. I also googled "is newspaper ink toxic" and first article said YES. They also said that composting newspapers reduced (common cancer-causing
chemicals) by 98%. Just reuse plastic bags. Paper can be recycled by your city or compost it. We used to use them to start a fire when I was a kid.
I don't know. My MIL is pretty cool. She has mellowed over the years. Even if she wasn't kind to me, I would never cut him off from his family. That would have to be his choice.
I would classify Harry Potter as a comedy on the whole. According to Aristotelian tradition, tragedy is defined as a drama which concerns better than average people (heroes, kings, gods) who suffer a transition from good fortune to bad fortune, and who speak in an elevated language. Tragedy serves the purpose of purging the soul of the "fear and pity" which most of us carry around (Aristotle called this catharsis ). Comedy concerns average, or below average, people (I think Harry is meant as an average wizard boy, with incredible circumstances) who enjoy a transition from bad circumstances to good (but not too good) and who speak everyday language. It's important to realize that comedy isn't necessarily "funny," at least in the traditional sense, and tragedy isn't necessarily "tragic" (many tragedies have happy endings), so any neat definition doesn't really work.
thannks Dan!This winter is getting me down for some reason. I have been steaming veggies too. I really need the tropics right now and the days are so short:(
As said before, philosophy makes you a wiser person, but I can understand why you've posted the question here.
If you want to find what you are passionate about then focus on what makes you happy. Expand on it. Think of it like a balloon. When you've found the balloon you want, breathe experience into it, watch it expand. If you love photography, then take pictures, read photography magazines. Find hints online or in your local library. When your balloon is filled enough with your experience, mold it into shapes. Do something with your full balloon of talent and experience.
Become a professional photographer, or anything that requires the skill that you now have, and devote yourself to that (and your family still, of course).
I enjoy literature, but I really want to go into 3D modelling when I leave school. I save up for 3D modelling programs, and I practice, a model a day. Do the same. A photograph a day, a short musical score a day. Focus on your passion and you will become better at it and you will still find room for happiness and joy
I'm likin' this one! You Rebel!!! Peace x
Because the paper money is printed on, is totally worthless. THe money is representative of gold stored in US treasury vaults. If the money is not backed by an equal value of gold, it becomes worthless.
The mexican's tried something similar with the Peso.
If you print more money than you have the gold to back up, the money itself becomes worthless.
when I attend teacher conferences I get cheap canvas bags as perks from certain advertisers I use those when I go, they wash well and hold as little or as much produce as I need.
thanks for mentioning the plastic bags..just reuse them..or..just do not use them and bring big bag and check out the produce without the plastic..it've done this many times..
